Fall Grain Bowl

This is one of THE best fall salads!


Ingredients:

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 Butternut squash, diced & roasted

 1 apple, diced

 Lemon juice (to prevent apple from browning)

 Handful arugula

 1/4 cup Feta

 Salt Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning, to taste

 3T Roasted Walnut Oil

 1T Gravenstein Apple Dressing


Instructions:

1.Cook quinoa per instructions.

2.Roast butternut squash at 400 for 30-40 minutes.

3.Once cooled, remove skin & cut into cubes.

4.Dice apple then drizzle with lemon juice coating each piece.

5. In a large serving bowl, add everything together & mix. Serve at room temperature & enjoy!
