Power Yoga​
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 7:30am - 8:15am | First Health Fitness, Pinehurst
Wednesdays | 5:45pm-6:45pm | West End Yoga Company
Join me as we explore the mind/body connection, linking breath to movement through dynamic & challenging sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina & lengthen & tone the body in a non-judgement space. We will sweat, we will learn & we will have a blast doing it!
* Intermediate with optional advanced movements explored.

Chair Yoga​
Mondays | 9am - 10am | Pinehurst Community Center
Chair Yoga is an approachable practice designed for those with limited mobility, offering a safe & supportive space to stretch & strengthen - all while seated or using a chair for balance. Perfect for improving flexibility, reducing stress & enhancing overall well-being, this class makes yoga accessible to every body.
*Weights & stretchy bands​ are always optional.

Join me for a Slow Flow Yoga class that will provide a space for strengthening, lengthening & rejuvenating, opening up your body & mind. Experience a mix of dynamic stretching (from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes), slow flowing (sinking deep into various poses while holding & focusing on proper alignment), restoring (holding stretching poses) & ending with a relaxing meditation while in savasana (walking you through breathwork & mind/body awareness)...all to a fun, new playlist each week!
