Restorative Yoga is designed to slowly and gradually open the body while prompting the parasympathetic nervous system to wake up and initiate a healing response.

In this section, I will share videos that will cater to various types of ailments including; dealing with arthritis on a daily basis, chronic back, neck and/or hip pain, handling anxiety and many more.

With these 30-40 minute mini sequences, you can explore a variety of practices. I will be actively working toward providing asana practices with concrete intentions as well as focusing on breathwork (pranayama) & energy bodies (chakras).
