Butternut Squash, Brussels & Apple Chicken

All the fall flavors combined into one hearty, flavorable dish!
Ingredients:
(4) Chicken thighs(
1) Butternut squash, cubed
About 20 Brussels sprouts, halved
(1) Apple, diced
Hot honey (optional)
Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place butternut squash & brussels on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil & sprinkle with Tuscan Farmhouse.
3. Bake for about 30 minutes or until veggies are fork tender.
4. In the meantime, drizzle Olive Wood Smoke Olive Oil in a skillet or frying pan. Add chicken thighs & cook through, adding Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning as needed. Remove chicken from skillet/pan and cut into bite size pieces. Add back to skillet/pan.
5. Remove butternut squash & brussels from oven & add to chicken. Add apple, drizzle with Maple balsamic & allow flavors to come together & apple to soften.
7. Plate & drizzle with hot honey!
