Jalapeno Popper Cheeseball

I haven't run into a cheeseball I don't like...


Ingredients:

1 8oz cream cheese, softened

1 T sour cream or plain greek yogurt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

5 slices crispy cooked bacon

3 fresh jalapenos, diced

1/2 cup chopped green onions

​1 large spider!


Making the cheeseball:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees & bake bacon for 20 minutes or until crispy

2. Soften cream cheese, shred cheese, dice jalapenos & green onions​

3. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon and green onions

4. Once bacon is crispy, using kitchen shears, cut bacon into cream cheese mixture  & mix again

5. Add green onions and mix all together

6. Store in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to combine & pull out about 30 minutes prior to serving so it's a bit softer

7. Top with a ridiculously large spider!
