Halloween Pumpkin Sausage Dip

This is THE easiest dip in the world to make! It's only 3 ingredients & you'll spend more time carving out the pumpkin than anything, but it's so worth it because it's stinkin' cute.
Ingredients:
1 package of hot ground sausage
1 package of cream cheese
1 can of rotelles
1 package of tortilla scoops or chips
Making the dip:
1. In a frying pan, ground the sausage until fully cooked.
2. Turn the heat to medium, add the rotelles & cream cheese. Lower temperature to low or keep at medium, stir frequently and allow to blend together.
2. In the meantime, carve out the top of the pumpkin (do not discard the top, you may or may not decide to use it.) I like to use a melon baller to carve out the inside of the pumpkin & remove all the seeds. Once everything is removed from inside the pumpkin, you can carve out the mouth then draw on the eyes & eyebrows.
3. To serve, I placed a small bowl upside down to set the pumpkin on then another bowl right side up in front of it to house the majority of the dip. Fill the pumpkin with the sausage dip until it starts to 'throw up' and then add the rest of the dip to the bowl that's right side up. Spread tortillas around it & voila!
