Halloween Veggie Tray

This is another easy peasy way to incorporate the Halloween season, while serving a healthy option (although now I no longer use baby carrots, instead I cut up regular fresh carrots!)


Ingredients:

1 package of carrots, sliced in half

1 sweet pepper

1 celery stalk cut into 4-5 pieces

1 english cucumber, sliced

1 cup greek yogurt

Any spicey seasoning

Garlic powder to taste


Making the dip: 

1. Rinse all veggies then slice baby carrots in half (they go farther), slice cucumbers & cut 1 celery stalk into 4-5 pieces.

2. You can make any dip for veggies but I went with greek yogurt & a spicey seasoning I had in the cabinet mixed with garlic powder to taste. Place in mini bowls.

3. Place the 2 mini bowls on the tray then start adding the carrots to cover the entire bottom. Then place the cucumber slices in a smile, the sweet pepper for the nose & the celery pieces for the 'stem' ....and that. Is. It!
