Bacon & Brussels Salad

This side dish/salad was the perfect compliment to our grilled Mahi Mahi. Fish can be so light and not very 'filling' so I always like to make a side that's got some depth to it and this dish did just that!
Ingredients:
1 package Brussels Sprouts
3 slices of bacon, cut into pieces
Asiago Cheese
Making brussels salad:
1. Wash brussels then thinly slice them & eventually chop them into a slaw
2. Drizzle Garlic Olive Oil in a large frying pan then add the bacon pieces
3. Allow the bacon to cook most of the way through, then add the brussels and allow to saute together. Sprinkle with a bit of Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning then top with fresh shredded asiago cheese & you’ve got one tasty side dish!
