Lemon Butter Tilapia

I like to keep frozen fish in our freezer for simple, yet healthy meals

& this makes a super easy meal for those busy evenings.


Ingredients:

(2) Tilapia filets, thawed

(2) Lemon slices

Capers, to taste


Making the Tilapia:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place thawed tilapia filets in a shallow glass baking dish, sprinkle with Key West rub, then drizzle with Butter Olive Oil

3. Slice lemons & place on top of filets then add capers.

4. Place filets in the oven for 20-22 minutes or until flaky. Serve with a side salad, butter orzo, rice, veggies or over pasta!
