Grilled Romaine & 3 Bean Salad

Yes, you read that right....GRILLED salad. Soooo good!!


Salad Ingredients:

(1) Romaine heart per person, rinsed

Kale, rinsed & 

Garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed

Black beans, prepared from dry or drained & rinsed from can

Edamame Beans, steamed in pod & pod removed or shelled

Grape tomatoes, rinsed & sliced

Feta, crumbled


Making the Salad:

1. Grill the romaine hearts at the last minute with whatever meat, fish, etc. you have going on the grill 

2. Spread out the leaves of the romaine heart, sprinkle in as much kale as desired

3. Add all the beans, tomatoes & feta, then drizzle with your favorite salad dressing or try Pinehurst Olive Oil's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic & Lemon Olive Oil for a yummy combo!
