Garlic Chicken Bok Choy

The simplest recipe that's perfect for busy weeknights...low in calories & fat & packed with protein & flavor!!
Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 small bunches baby bok choy
2 teaspoon Cardamom
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut up chicken into 1″ pieces & marinate in Garlic Olive Oil, Cardamom, salt & pepper overnight (Cardamom is completely optional, I always make bok choy with an Asian flair & wanted to try something new!)
2. Heat garlic olive oil in a frying pan & add chicken. Saute until cooked through.
3. In the meantime, chop baby bok choy. Once chicken has been cooked through, add bok choy to frying pan and allow to cook until desired crispness, adding salt & pepper to taste.
