Antipasto

There are a number of ways to make a delicious antipasto but for this one in particular, I needed it to go far (14 people) & I wanted it to be super colorful!


Salad Ingredients:

(3) heads of Romaine, chopped

Marinated artichokes, chopped

Roasted red peppers, diced

Kalamata olives

Salami, sliced

Provolone, sliced

Grape tomatoes, sliced in half

Salt & Pepper to taste


Making the Salad:

1. Chop up the heads of Romaine lettuce for your base, then start building!

2. Chop up artichoke hearts & slice roasted red peppers, then add to romaine

3. Slice salami & provolone, add to salad

4. Slice grape tomatoes in half, add to salad, then add kalamata olives

Drizzle a good amount of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil on the top of the salad then add salt & pepper to taste.
