Wild Mushroom & Sage Calamari

Ingredients:
1lb Calamari tubes & tenticals
1 pckg Baby portobello mushrooms
1 pckg Gluten free spaghetti, prepared per instructions
Garlic, to taste
Parsely, to taste
Instructions:
1.Thoroughly rinse calamari, then cut tubes into rings
2.Rinse mushrooms
3.Make spaghetti, per instructions
4.In a large frying pan, drizzle Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, add garlic until fragrant then add calamari. Season with Wild Mushroom seasoning, saute just a few minutes on each side then add mushrooms. Add more seasoning & oil as needed.
5.Once the pasta has cooked, drain (keeping a little bit of pasta water to add to the frying pan), add pasta to frying pan, tossing everything to allow flavors to come together. Season as needed, top with parsley & enjoy!
