Shrimp Zoodles

This is one of the easiest dishes to make, you just need a zoodle maker! You can ad anything to this dish; extra veggies, chicken instead of shrimp...there are endless options.
Ingredients:
2 large zucchini
1/2 lb Shrimp (or any prepared meat)
Lemon slices (if you're using shrimp)
Minced garlic
Red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Avocado or Butter Olive Oil
Making the Zoodles:
1. Wash zucchini, chop the ends off & cut the zucchini in half, circumference wise
2. Place 1 half of a zucchini in the zoodle maker & empty the contents into a large bowl. Continue this until all zucchini has been zoodled & set aside.
3. Peel shrimp & prepare shrimp
4. In a large frying pan heat oil or butter then add garlic & red pepper flakes (if you don't like spicy food, skip the red pepper flakes or just sprinkle them on at the end. Adding them at this point will make the dish extra spicy!) allow to simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add in the shrimp. Squeeze some lemon juice over them & add slices of lemon (or just do one or the other, depends on how lemony you want it)
6. Once the shrimp have turned pink, turn the heat setting to low and toss in the zoodles. You're just getting the zoodles warmed up & flavorful, NOT cooked through. We prefer our veggies al dente so only toss the zoodels for a minute or two before removing from the heat.
7. Plate it, use salt & pepper to taste & serve!
