Holiday Pretzel Bark

I LOVE this pretzel bark...it's sweet & savory & I can indulge without feeling too guilty! It's the perfect blend of salt & sweet & it's also super easy to make.


Ingredients:

1 box of your favorite Chex cereal

1 bag of gluten free pretzels

1 bag of dark chocolate M&M's

1/2 bag salted cashews broken into pieces

1-2 bars of your favorite milk or dark melting chocolate

2 large cookie sheets, parchment paper, small pot


Making the bark: 

1. In a small pot, melt the chocolate, stirring frequently.

2. I use 2 large cookie sheets & sometimes line them with parchment paper, sometimes not.

3. Spread the Chex cereal on both sheets. Then layer the pretzels, M&M's & cashews.

4. Once the chocolate has melted in the pot, drizzle all over the bark so everything sticks together.

5. Refrigerate for a few hours & once the chocolate has hardened, remove from the refrigerator & break apart into bite size pieces. Place in a festive bowl or a tin with a lid.

6. If there's any leftovers, (and there may not be!) store in the refrigerator.
